Agreement
DECLARATION to Incomedia s.n.c Company (in this agreement “Company”). The undersigned as worldwide exclusive holder of the video material here attached (in this agreement “Video”) hereby grants: 1. the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable right (but not the obligation) to use, allow to use, exploit and edit the video (in whole or in part) in their sole discretion and in any format or medium now known or later developed (for example TV, radio, internet, download, etc. on line e off line). This licence exists from the submission of the video and is free and irrevocable. 2. The undersigned declares that: - did not assign rights that conflict with the above mentioned Company’s rights to a third party; - has full legitimacy and all the required disclaimers signed by all claimants to grant the Company such rights; - paid expenses of any kind and gave compensation to people who appear in the video or have participated in its creation; - the video does not contain direct/indirect and/or subliminal advertising or anything that violates any laws, regulations or rights of any third party. 3. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold the Company and its partners harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of the uses of the video. 4. The undersigned is aware that the video and/or all the things that could be done with the whole video or part of it, will be used for advertising purposes and recognizes the right of the Company and its partner companies to exploit it for advertising or promotional purposes, for example spots, demonstrations, competitions, prizes, games, newsletters, and publication on different Internet sites. 5. The undersigned is aware of the fact that personal data will be processed, stored and used, with or without the aid of electronic tools and any possible software, for administrative, legal, fiscal and statistical purposes. 6. The undersigned is aware that the processing of personal data is performed in Italy or abroad by natural persons, bodies, associations or organizations which provide specific services or carry out related activities for the Company. These data will be sent in Italy or abroad to suppliers, consultants and natural or legal entities that cooperate in the Company's business. The undersigned is aware that he/she has the right not to allow the processing of personal data. However this would affect the management of undergoing relations. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. A data subject shall have the right to be informed of the sources of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing. A data subject shall have the right to obtain erasure, anonymization or blocking of data and shall have the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data. 7. The undersigned allows the Company to publish the video on YouTube circuit (www.youtube.com) inside a special account created by the Company. 8.
